The client in Indonesia needed a highly cost-effective, space-efficient solution that could thoroughly clean waste PP/PE packaging films while ensuring the final scraps were dry enough for immediate reuse. Our Customized Solution To deliver maximum value and operational efficiency, we provided a highly focused and optimized recycling solution: Streamlined Washing Design: We engineered a simplified but highly effective washing line layout. This compact configuration minimizes energy consumption, reduces maintenance costs, and simplifies daily operation, all while strictly ensuring premium cleanliness and quality of the final film scraps. Advanced Squeezing Technology: The most critical step in film recycling is dewatering. At the end of the washing line, we integrated a heavy-duty Plastic Film Squeezing Machine. Instead of relying on traditional, energy-intensive thermal drying, this machine uses powerful mechanical extrusion to aggressively wring out water and densify the light film scraps. The client required a robust washing line capable of handling tough, highly contaminated plastics while effectively removing abrasive materials without slowing down the overall production speed. Our Customized Solution To address the heavy sand contamination and maximize processing throughput, we engineered a highly efficient, multi-stage crushing and washing system: Pre-Treatment Sand Removal: Before entering the main washing phase, the raw film is processed through a heavy-duty Trommel Screen. This crucial first step successfully separates the vast majority of sand and loose dirt, protecting downstream machinery from excessive wear and tear. Optimized Size Reduction: We integrated a Horizontal Cutter Machine working in tandem with a Strong Crusher. This powerful combined cutting system significantly accelerates material breakdown and flow, effectively boosting the overall capacity of the washing line to an impressive 2 to 3 tons per hour.
