300kg/h PE Film Recycling Pelletizing Plant
Project Overview
This project is a customized waste plastic film recycling pelletizing solution we delivered to a large renewable resource enterprise in Kenya in 2023.
The customer mainly recycles local waste PE films and packaging plastic films, which are large in quantity but complex in impurities. To solve their core pain points — difficult granulation and low finished product qualification rate of waste films — we provided a complete set of high-efficiency film pelletizer production line with a designed capacity of 300kg/h. The line helps customers realize automated and large-scale waste film regeneration and production.

Customized Solution
To match the customer’s raw material characteristics and production goals, we tailored the line with these key upgrades:
- Forced Feeding System: Eliminates film blockage and ensures continuous, stable feeding even with dirty, wet films.
- High-Efficiency Drying + Constant Temperature Melting System: Reduces raw material moisture content significantly, improving particle forming quality and consistency.
- Full-Automatic Control: The whole line adopts PLC control, greatly reducing manual intervention and labor intensity.
Project Results
After commissioning, the film recycling pelletizing line achieved stable and high-yield production of waste agricultural film granulation, bringing clear benefits to the customer:
