4 Core Sections of Our PET Bottle Recycling Line
The sorting section is the first step, designed to separate different types of bottles (clear, blue, green, mixed-color) and remove large impurities. This ensures uniform feedstock for the subsequent washing process, improving the final flake quality.
2. Initial Washing Stage
After sorting, bottles go through the initial washing stage to remove labels, dirt, and surface contaminants. The pet bottle recycling washing line includes a label remover machine, crusher, and floating-sinking separation washing tank to clean and separate plastic from non-plastic materials.
High-Temperature Cleaning Section
The high-temperature cleaning section uses a hot washing pot to remove stubborn stains, glue, and residual liquids from the crushed PET flakes. This stage ensures the flakes meet food-grade or industrial-grade purity standards, making them suitable for recycling into new plastic products.
Sewage Treatment System
