Float-Sink Washing Tank for PP PE PET Plastic Flake Cleaning & Separation
Our float-sink washing tank is a core equipment in plastic recycling lines, specially designed to clean and separate PP, PE and PET plastic flakes. The material is fully pushed forward by the roller, with impurities removed by the sink conveyor. Clean materials are then picked up by the salvage machine and enter the next process.
With a large-depth tank, it efficiently separates floating PP/PE materials from sinking PET materials. The bottom screw system automatically pushes out sediment, ensuring continuous operation without frequent cleaning. Built with high-quality materials, the float-sink washing tank delivers high efficiency and reliable performance, making it a cost-effective solution for plastic recycling projects.
