Double shaft plastic shredder machine is suitable for the crushing treatment of plastic pallets, PE big blue barrel material, PE thick tube material etc. With the double shaft design, it is very efficient for reducing the materials size by shearing, tearing and squeezing process. And it provides the good solution for crushing in the whole recycling process for waste materials. Working principle: There are staggered blades installed on the two cutter shafts, and the two cutter shafts realize crushing through the shearing of the blades and the tearing of the teeth during the relative rotation of the two cutter shafts. The main shearing mode is the shearing action of the adjacent moving knife edge, and the secondary shearing mode is the tearing action of the moving knife teeth
