This crucial first step successfully separates the vast majority of sand and loose dirt, protecting downstream machinery from excessive wear and tear.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"10,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Optimized Size Reduction:<\/b> We integrated a <b data-path-to-node=\"10,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"42\">Horizontal Cutter Machine<\/b> working in tandem with a <b data-path-to-node=\"10,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"93\">Strong Crusher<\/b>. This powerful combined cutting system significantly accelerates material breakdown and flow, effectively boosting the overall capacity of the washing line to an impressive 2 to 3 tons per hour.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"10,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Advanced Washing Configuration:<\/b> To guarantee premium cleanliness, the washing section utilizes a specialized combination of <b data-path-to-node=\"10,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"124\">two distinct types of Friction Washers<\/b> paired with a high-volume <b data-path-to-node=\"10,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"189\">Floating Washing Tank<\/b>.
