The client in Nigeria aimed to process 12 tons of waste rigid plastic per day to produce high-quality industrial-grade pellets. Key requirements included:

3. Ruili Machinery’s Solution
Our technical team engineered a Customized Double Stage Pelletizing System specifically for rigid PP/HDPE materials:

Double-Stage Extrusion (180mm): The two-stage design ensures superior degassing and double filtration, removing impurities and moisture to guarantee dense, bubble-free pellets.

Full Production Loop: The line was fully integrated, including the Main & Vice Extruders, Cooling Water Tank, Noodle-type Cutting System, and Storage Silo.

Compact Engineering: Optimized the layout to minimize the footprint while maintaining high throughput.

Simplified Controls: Designed for easy operation with a stable PLC system, reducing the learning curve for the site staff.

Since the installation in May 2023, the plant has achieved:
